Pallavi Sharma, MA, LPC-S

Practicing as a South Asian therapist, I understand the unique challenges of balancing cultural expectations, family dynamics, and personal identity. I work closely with individuals from various cultures to create a space where their experiences, values, and cultural backgrounds are acknowledged and respected. In addition to being EMDR-trained, I specialize in trauma and unresolved emotional experiences


Having gone through my own journey of self-exploration, I deeply understand the importance of finding balance and healing. I am passionate about supporting individuals in the ethnically diverse community and beyond, guiding them to feel empowered, seen, and resilient.

I am currently in-network with select insurance providers through Headway and also offer services as an out-of-network provider. If you’d like to use your insurance benefits, I’m happy to verify coverage and walk you through the process. Please contact me directly to discuss your specific plan and options.

Out-of-Network & Superbills

If I'm not in-network with your insurance, I can provide a Superbill—a detailed invoice you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Many clients successfully use out-of-network benefits to cover a portion of therapy costs.

Private Pay

For those paying out of pocket, I accept major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and offer a one time 10% discount for new clients who prepay for a package of four sessions.  Please contact me directly to take advantage of the discount.

Late Cancellation Fees

Your time and well-being are important—and so is mine. To honor the commitment we make to the therapeutic process, I require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours) and No-Shows will incur a fee equal to the full session cost.
     
  • This policy ensures that I can offer that time to another client in need.
