If you’ve been through something overwhelming—whether recently or in the past—it’s not uncommon to feel stuck, anxious, on edge, or disconnected. You might not even think of it as “trauma,” but you know something hasn’t quite settled. Maybe certain memories, situations, or feelings continue to weigh on you. You’re not alone, and therapy can help.
In our work together, we’ll take things at your pace. You don’t have to dive into painful memories right away, unless and until it feels safe. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and never judged. Healing from trauma isn’t about forgetting or “getting over it.” It’s about finding ways to feel more grounded, more in control, and more connected to yourself again.
Trauma support in therapy may include grounding techniques, EMDR Therapy, somatic work, or parts work, depending on your needs and preferences. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to go through it alone.
